What if I accidentally misoperation cut the zip ties before installation?

Don't panic, there are spare zippers in every box. You can retie the tie and install the baby gate according to the instructions.

Is it normal for there to be a gap between the door lock and frame?

Yes. Gaps between door lock and frame are normal and will be resolved after installation.

How wide should the gap in a door lock be kept?

After you have completed the installation, please check whether the gap in your door lock is within 2 mm. If not, please tighten the bolt adjustment.
